It was not until the end of the 19th century
that the pram was invented. The pram and stroller have now
become the norm in western cultures, but more and more, we are
seeing babies being carried and remaining close to their mother
and father. This offers many pleasant
benefits to both baby and parent. Babies tend to cry less when
held and carried. While held, they develop their self-confidence
about their new surroundings all in a very safe environment -
close to mum and dad. While carried in a sling,
a baby can enjoy the scenery and then sleep when tired, all the
while offering two free hands to the caregiver. All of this
can be accomplished with one very useful baby accessory - a
DIDYMOS Baby Sling.
