We want your shopping experience at Birdie’s Room to be only positive. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund/exchange policy. To initiate the Returns/Exchange process, please email us at email@example.com to initiate the process.
Please note the following important details if considering a return:
- We ask that all returned goods be in like-new condition (undamaged and unwashed, and in the original packaging).
- In order to avoid any restocking fees, please take care when trying your new item for the first time. Ensure that the item does not come in contact with any perfumes, dirt, household pets or anything else that might soil the garment.
- Please include all original packaging and supporting documents (DVD, instructional booklets, etc.) with the returned item.
- If a returned item is worn, washed, unclean (pet hair included) or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. In extreme cases, we can refuse the refund.
If returning an item due to a change of heart, please login to your account to locate the order in question and simply request to return an item. This will generate a Return Request and we can then track your return, from start to finish.
If in the USA, please ship items back using US Postal. The use of a courier service will result in customs fees and will be the sole responsibility of the sender.

Please clearly mark on the box “RETURNED MERCHANDISE”. This is important so that we do not incur any unnecessary duty and tax fees. Any unnecessary fees will be the responsibility of the sender. We also recommend including tracking and insurance for all parcels to be returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT COVER THE COST OF PRIORITY SHIPPING. As a result, we only cover up to a maximum of $25 for any return shipping fees (applicable only in Warranty cases).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective item. In the case of a defective item, we will reimburse all shipping fees incurred in returning the item back to us.
We can only offer refunds to the original buyer. Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the buyer or a store credit will be issued to the gift recipient. Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit.
