I bought a few baby items for a friend's baby shower in PEI that I couldn't attend. When they were out of one of the items (a cute stuffed duckie), they emailed me right away to let me know they were out, and said they'd check to see when their next shipment was in. When they realized they wouldn't be getting any more duckies in, they sent a bunch of similar items to my friend - free of charge - to make up for it. The staff members were so eager to help and they went above and beyond, helping to get the order to my friend in time even though it was short notice. Thank you so much Birdie's Room! I'll definitely be ordering from them in future.
