I have been using The Keeper for close to 20 years now and I highly recommend it. When I had to replace my Keeper and found it hard to find in stores in Canada, I tried a couple of other menstrual cup brands but I did not like them. The Keeper is by far my favourite given the long stem and brown colour (hides the stains better). Thankfully I found Birdie's Room and bought my after-birth one from this site about 10 years ago. The stem finally cracked and broke off after just over 10 years of usage! I can't imagine using anything else and Birdie's Room is the only place I've found that sells it online in Canada. So thankful I was able to get a replacement one here!
